For any question about your personal data, you can contact us at the address above. We undertake to respond within a maximum of 30 days.
When you use our contact form, we collect the following information:
- Data collected: First and last name, email address, phone number (optional), your company name (optional), message.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest and explicit consent when submitting the form.
- Purpose: Responding to your request, sending you a quote or information about our services.
- Retention: 3 years from your last interaction with Alivaon.
Following your enquiry, we send you transactional emails (acknowledgement of your request, response to your quote, etc.). These are sent via our email service provider.
- Data processed: Email address, name, subject of the request.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
- You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to us at contact@alivaon.com.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address in order to send you news about our services, blog articles and commercial offers.
- Legal basis: Explicit consent (double opt-in).
- Retention: Until you unsubscribe.
- Unsubscribing: Via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us directly.
Our server automatically collects browsing data for security and performance purposes:
- IP address (anonymised after 7 days)
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited and visit duration
- Connection time and date
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (security, fraud detection, performance). This data is not cross-referenced with other personal information.

Alivaon uses service providers as part of its activities. These processors act solely on Alivaon's instructions and are bound by confidentiality clauses:
- OVHcloud - Web hosting and data storage
- Email service provider - Management of transactional emails (contact confirmations, notifications)
- Google Analytics - Audience analysis (anonymised data)
Alivaon works with international clients and partners. In this context, some data may be transferred to countries outside Cameroon. These transfers are governed by:
- Standard contractual clauses compliant with the GDPR
- Data processing agreements signed with each provider concerned
- The safeguards provided by the applicable legislation in the recipient countries
Alivaon may be required to disclose your personal data in the event of a legal obligation, a court decision or a request from a competent administrative authority in Cameroon or abroad.

You may request the deletion of your personal data, unless its retention is necessary for the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
In certain cases (inaccurate data, unlawful processing, objection to processing), you may request the restriction of the processing of your data - it will be retained but not used.
You may receive the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit it to another data controller.
You may object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. For processing based on legitimate interest, your objection will be upheld unless compelling legitimate grounds prevail.
To exercise your rights, contact us by email at contact@alivaon.com, stating your name, email address and the right you wish to exercise. Proof of identity may be requested to verify your identity.
We undertake to respond within 30 days of receiving your request. For complex requests, this period may be extended by a further 2 months, with prior notice.
HTTPS/TLS encryption
All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate.
OWASP application security
Our application follows the OWASP Top 10 standards. Protection against SQL injection, XSS, CSRF and other common attacks.
Secure hosting
Data hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure, certified ISO 27001, HDS and SOC 1/2/3, in European data centres.
Restricted access
Access to personal data is restricted to Alivaon staff who need it, under confidentiality agreements.
Changes to the privacy policy
Alivaon reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time, in particular to comply with any legislative or regulatory change. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
We encourage you to consult this page regularly. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform you by email if you are subscribed to our newsletter or hold an account on our site.
