Any unauthorised use of these marks constitutes an infringement of Alivaon's intellectual property rights and may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.

The software, applications, source code and solutions developed by Alivaon for its clients as part of its services are protected by copyright. The terms of assignment or licensing of these works are defined contractually in each service agreement signed between Alivaon and its clients.

Unless otherwise agreed contractually, Alivaon remains the owner of the generic tools, frameworks and components developed in the course of client projects.

Creating hyperlinks pointing to the Alivaon site is permitted provided it does not harm Alivaon's image and that the pages are not embedded within the frames of other sites. Alivaon reserves the right to request the removal of any link it considers contrary to its interests.
