Context & Challenge
Cécile André, a certified canine behaviourist and dog trainer, supports dog owners in Paris, the Île-de-France region and around Chartres. She needed a professional website to present her approach, services and prices, and above all to turn visitors worried about their dog into booked appointments.
The challenge: speak directly to the problems owners face (dogs pulling on the lead, barking, fears, separation anxiety, puppies to train), explain a method that always starts with an at-home assessment, display transparent prices and shorten the path to booking as much as possible, on both mobile and desktop.
We started by understanding Cécile's work, her four-step method and the situations that lead clients to contact her. This phase allowed us to build messaging centred on owners' real problems and a simple site structure: home, services, method, FAQ and contact.
We designed a soft, warm identity that reflects the bond between owners and their dogs. Each page guides the visitor: identifying their problem, presenting the method, services with prices and durations, customer reviews, FAQ, then a call to action to book or call directly.
The website was built with Next.js and TypeScript for high performance and excellent SEO. It includes online booking with payment at the time of booking, interest-free payment in 3 or 4 instalments for packages, a qualified contact form (dog profile, needs, location) and call and booking buttons that are always accessible on mobile.
Each page was optimised for local SEO in Paris, Île-de-France and Chartres: dedicated tags, social sharing data and content targeting dog owners' searches. After launch, we provide ongoing follow-up, improvements and keep the site available.
Solution delivered
We delivered a fast, responsive, conversion-focused showcase website. Owners immediately recognise themselves in the situations presented, discover a clear method (understand first, then correct) and access four detailed services with their prices, durations and locations, as well as packages for longer programmes.
Booking takes just a few clicks, with online payment and the option to spread package payments at no extra cost. Customer reviews, Cécile's certification and a comprehensive FAQ remove any last hesitations before booking.
